"Live Out Loud" is a kit I did about a year ago over at Snap and Scrap. I love the colors and the bright happy elements so much that I wanted to kinda "revamp" the kit and sell it at ESS...here it is!

I am so sad to tell you that Snap and Scrap has decided to close down their web site. Everyone has worked so hard to keep it going and it has been a wonderful experience. Snap and Scrap was my first home. My first CT. My first shop to sell in. I will miss it terribly.

A closeout sale is in progress at the shop now. Everything is 60% off. So go and grab some great deals from some awesome designers while you can! It will end at the end of March.

Gillian Foley, owner of Snap and Scrap wrote this on the blog:

"It is with great sadness that I have to inform you that the site will be closing down at the end of this month. It has been a great few years, meeting all of you and making such special friends. Unfortunately, the site’s expenses and administration are just too daunting to manage. Despite all the effort put in by my extraordinary team, sales have dropped dramatically and we are unable to cover our expenses. This is so heartbreaking and such a hard decision to make, but one that had to made. Thanks so much for all your support over the months (and indeed years!).

We will be putting the store on sale from now until March 27th, so be sure to stop by and pick up your favourite designers’ items. We are in the process of moving the daily downloads for March to our own servers, so they will still be available until the site closes (and dont worry, you will still get the whole kit via the downloads, challenges and newsletter). Ok, so I have been really busy this week with just life in general. It seems like in the spring and fall all of my doctor's appointments always fall in a 2 week period and all I end up doing is sitting in the offices looking at magazines that are six months old and trying to keep my butt from falling asleep in those uncomfortable doctor's office chairs! Anyway, just this week I had my yearly physical on Wednesday and tomorrow I have my annual eye exam! I flipped my calendar to March and gasped when I saw how many appointments are scheduled for that month for Jacob and I alone! Ugh. The crazy thing is we are all healthy! I guess you have to do all the "up-keep" on your body just like you do your car! hehe.

Anyhoo, I didn't have much time to blog this week and give away the final freebie QP from Spring Fever so I am making the time now and here it is for you:

Ok, so I was kinda wondering what photo this would land on...lol. Here it is:

This is a photo of me as a baby. I have my grandmother's albums and am scanning all of her old photos and preserving the albums...This photo is taken in their backyard. Isn't that car "groovy" in the background! haha!

I have another new kit out in the shoppe this week. BOYS has been a labor of love for some time now. I have a 5 year old son and I have a hard time finding digital scrapbooking kits to fit my needs for some of his layouts. I am a sucker for all of the pretty butterflies (hence the name of my designs...Bucket of Butterflies...lol) and flowers and pretty swirls and glitter...BUT I also know that if I am going to scrap my son's photos I need some good 'ole grungy dirty papers and boyish elements. So, here is what I came up with for this kit:

I will be releasing some word art and have already had requests for a GIRLS kit to contrast this one so I will have to get to work on that! lol.
